Foreign violators to be banned from entering Uzbekistan
The relevant amendments to the Administrative Responsibility Code were approved by Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
According to the new rules, foreigners and stateless persons are subject to administrative expulsion from Uzbekistan in case of non-payment of a fine for violating the border crossing regime.
At the same time, they will also be banned from entering the country for 1 year, and if this is not the first time this has been done, for 3 years at once.
Previously, foreigners and stateless persons were deported from Uzbekistan for such violations, despite the payment of a fine.
