Health Ministry updates COVID-19 stats for Feb 16
On February 16, 241 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 234,600 (+241).
According to the ministry, 94 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 4 β in Karakalpakstan, 6 β in Andijan, 10 β in Bukhara, 5 β in Jizzakh, 4 β in Navoi, 7 β in Namangan, 14 β in Samarkand, 5 β in Syrdarya, 15 β in Surkhandarya, 9 β in Fergana, 8 β in Khorezm and 60 β in Tashkent region.
3 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,612.
As of February 16, the number of recovered stands at 221,710 (+1,244).
Also, 47 people tested positive for pneumonia on Wednesday.
