No cases of coronavirus infection recorded in three regions on Feb 20

On February 20, 160 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 235,427 (+160).

According to the ministry, 77 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 4 – in Andijan, 6 – in Bukhara, 1 – in Jizzakh, 3 – in Navoi, 5 – in Namangan, 12 – in Samarkand, 11 – in Surkhandarya, 6 – in Fergana, 8 – in Khorezm and 27 – in Tashkent region.

2 COVID-19 patients died yesterday, bringing the official death toll to 1,621.

As of February 20, the number of recovered stands at 227,423 (+1,486).

Also, 34 people tested positive for pneumonia on Sunday.
