Uzbekistan’s inflation at 0.5% in February
In February 2022, goods and services in the consumer sector rose in price by an average of 0.5%.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the annual growth rate of the consumer price index reached 9.7%.
In the previous month, prices for food products increased by an average of 0.6%, non-food products and paid services to the population – by 0.5%.
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekistan’s public debt grew by nearly $3 billion in 2021, reaching almost $26.3 billion.
