Health Ministry updates daily COVID-19 stats

On March 4, Uzbekistan registered 69 new coronavirus infection cases.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 236,840 (+69).

According to the ministry, 28 COVID-19 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 3 – in Andijan, 3 – in Bukhara, 1 – in Jizzakh, 2 – in Navoi, 4 – in Namangan, 3 – in Samarkand, 4 – in Surkhandarya, 4 – in Fergana, 2 – in Khorezm and 15 – in Tashkent region.

As of March 4, the number of recovered stands at 233,933 (+156).

Also, 7 people tested positive for pneumonia on Friday.
