Uzbekistan lifts restrictions on access to Skype
Now citizens of Uzbekistan can use the software without restrictions, Kun.uz correspondent reports with reference to the Ministry of ICT Development.

It also became known that Skype was removed from the national register of violators of the legislation on personal data.
According to the Ministry of ICT Development, other social networks will gradually resume their work in Uzbekistan.
Currently, Vkontakte, Tiktok, Twitter and Wechat are still on the registry.
In Uzbekistan, problems with Skype began in 2015.
