A public service introduced to identify housing subject to demolition

The government adopted a resolution “On the approval of the Unified Administrative and Construction Regulations in the field of construction”.
Administrative regulations for the provision of public services have been approved:
• coordination of changes in the appearance of buildings and structures;
• issuance of permits for re-profiling, restructuring, reconstruction of buildings and structures, as well as designing the construction of additional buildings and structures on its territory;
• development of an architectural and planning task;
• coordination of design and estimate documentation;
• registration of the object by the beginning of construction and installation works;
• issuance of a permit for the use of an object for the performance of construction and installation works;
• issuance of a certificate on whether or not the property is subject to demolition.
To obtain a certificate of falling under the demolition of buildings and residential premises, citizens should contact the Public Services Center or the SPIPS.
Applications for a certificate can be sent through the SPIPS within 24 hours, regardless of weekends and holidays.
The certificate is issued within 3 working days and sent to the applicant’s e-mail address for further notification.
