According to the updated edition of the traffic rules, from May 1, drivers whose driving experience is less than 2 years will be required to stick a special sign on the car – a yellow square with an exclamation point (!).
This sign stands for "driver qualifications are not enough." The sign (15 cm) should be in the form of a square, the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate said.
