Uzbekistan and Qatar approve mutual air service agreement

According to “Huquqiy axborot” Telegram channel, the agreement on air services between the governments of Uzbekistan and Qatar was approved.
It was noted that the agreement was signed on June 9, 2021 in Tashkent. The Ministry of Transport is responsible for implementing the agreement.
The agreement provides for the organization of air travel, the appointment of airlines, the right to operate flights, the determination of designated locations, the recognition of certificates and licenses, the regulation of representative offices of airlines designated in the two countries.
The Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of relevant ministries and departments will ensure the fulfillment of Uzbekistan’s obligations after the entry into force of this international agreement.
