A citizen who engaged in burning lime in Samarkand misappropriates natural gas worth 3.5 billion soums

In the course of an investigation conducted by the Kattakurgan regional PGO Department and the Samarkand branch of Khududgaz, the fact of illegal use of natural gas was stopped.

It turned out that citizen S.Kh., without paperwork for gasification, illegally installed 10 non-standard gas burners in 4 lime kilns in a non-residential premises in the Mirzo Ulugbek mahalla.

Using unaccounted gas, he caused damage to the state in the amount of 3.5 billion soums.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 185-2 (Violation of the rules for the use of electrical, thermal energy, gas, water supply). Investigative actions are underway.
