Komil Allamjonov, Chairman of the Mass Media Foundation, said that the summer in Uzbekistan has recently been extremely hot, “so it is necessary to make tinting car windows free of charge.”

According to him, “this is in fact a manifestation of human dignity.”
“Summers in Uzbekistan are turning very hot, sometimes unpleasant. On cloudy hot days, the headache is unbearable. It is possible that the drought will be even worse and days will become even hotter.
In these conditions, it would be awesome if obtaining a permit to tint car windows was free of charge. All drivers and passengers would be grateful. This is actually a manifestation of human dignity, an example of caring for people,” I was thinking sitting on a busy road when a car behind me interrupted my thoughts with an unexpected beep, writes Komil Allamjonov.
“P.S. Tinting car windows should be free of charge!!!” said Allamjonov.
Currently, the fee for obtaining a permit to tint car windows for citizens of Uzbekistan is as follows:
rear side windows - 4.5 BCAs per year (1 million 215 thousand soums);
all side windows - 45 BCAs per year (12 million 150 thousand soums).
