COVID-19 cases continue to rise in Uzbekistan
On June 24, 119 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.
The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 240,206.
According to the ministry, 54 cases were recorded in the city of Tashkent, 3 – in Karakalpakstan, 3 – in Andijan, 4 – in Bukhara, 3 – in Jizzakh, 9 – in Kashkadarya, 6 – in Navoi, 4 – in Namangan, 3 – in Samarkand 9 – in Surkhandarya, 1 – in Syrdarya, 6 – in Fergana, 2 – in Khorezm and 12 – in Tashkent region.
As of June 24, the number of recovered stands at 237,857 (+19). This is 99% of all the registered cases to date.
