COVID-19: Health Ministry reported about hundred new infection cases for June 29

On June 29, 97 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 240,764.

According to the ministry, 26 cases were recorded in the city of Tashkent, 5 – in Karakalpakstan, 4 – in Andijan, 8 – in Bukhara, 7 – in Jizzakh, 5 – in Kashkadarya, 5 – in Navoi, 7 – in Namangan, 6 – in Samarkand, 4 – in Syrdarya, 9 – in Surkhandarya, 7 – in Fergana and 4 – in Tashkent region.

As of June 29, the number of recovered stands at 238,051 (+56). This is 99% of all the registered cases to date.
