Health Ministry updates COVID-19 stats for July 5
On July 5, 87 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 241,283.
According to the ministry, 28 cases were recorded in the city of Tashkent, 7 – in Karakalpakstan, 3 – in Andijan, 4 – in Bukhara, 8 – in Jizzakh, 6 – in Kashkadarya, 5 – in Navoi, 4 – in Namangan, 7 – in Samarkand, 2 – in Syrdarya, 4 – in Surkhandarya, 3 – in Khorezm and 6 – in Tashkent region.
As of July 5, the number of recovered stands at 238,363 (+71). This is 99% of all the registered cases to date.
