Statistics: 97 children died in traffic accidents in Uzbekistan over 6 months
At the twenty-ninth plenary session of the Senate, the information of the Minister of the Interior on the state of prevention of offenses in the first half of 2022 was heard.

According to the press service of the Senate, the work to prevent traffic accidents that occurred on the territory of the republic is not organized at the level of today’s requirements.
In particular, over the past 6 months of this year, there were 595 road accidents involving children, in which 529 children were injured, 97 died.
The corresponding resolution of the Senate was adopted on this issue.
