According to data compiled by the National Statistics Committee, Tashkent sits at the absolute forefront of domestic EV adoption. The capital alone accounts for 79,851 registered electric vehicles, a figure that dwarfs the combined totals of all other administrative territories combined.

The surrounding Tashkent region follows as a distant second with 8,194 units, while Samarkand region occupies the third position on the national list with 4,525 registered electric cars.
