According to the document, for a vivid manifestation of high intellectual potential and professional skills, increasing the glory and authority of the new Uzbekistan around the world, successful participation in the 44th World Chess Olympiad in the city of Chennai (India) and a victory among 188 teams from around the world, as well as great merits in the wide popularization of sports in the republic, educating the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, instilling in them feelings of national pride, courage and patriotism, honorary titles and medals were awarded to:
