From September 1, 2022, the activity of passenger transportation in light vehicles will be considered self-employment.
According to the presidential decree “On creating additional convenience in the operation of motor vehicles and the implementation of non-directional taxi activities”, from September 1, 2022 to the end of 2024, passenger transportation in vehicles with no more than 4 seats is considered self-employment, and this activity is carried out on the basis of a license sheet.
The requirement for the period of operation of car when issuing a license is canceled. Self-employed persons engaged in the activity of transporting passengers in light motor vehicles must pass a technical inspection of the vehicle once a year.
The state duty for the issuance of a license form for non-directional taxi activity is collected from all types of transporters in the same amount as the base calculating amount per year. There is no fee for providing public services.
