Khokim of Andijan district Abdujabbor Egamberdiyev was reminded about how he received citizens.

Khokim of Asaka district Mansurbek Alikhonov was punished for violations in the allocation of land.
“2,390 hectares of land was illegally allocated in accordance with 56 decisions. In 2021-2022, in just a year and a half, 15 criminal cases were initiated on the fact of illegal cases related to the allocation of land. Nigmatilla Tulkinovich (Prosecutor General), it is true, isn’t it? Therefore, today, by the decision of our President, you have been relieved of your post too. Khokim of Pakhtaabad district of Andijan region Elyorbek Usmonov was dismissed due to the allocation of untargeted soft loans and other cases.
“According to your instruction, within the framework of the “Every family – an entrepreneur” program, 291 preferential loans in the amount of 4.8 billion soums were issued to the “Barlos Asali” farm for livestock. Now it is being studied whether the sheep were actually delivered to citizens, and other cases are also being investigated, a separate check is underway. Sardor Umurzakov appealed to the regional khokim of Andijan Shukhrat Abdurakhmonov and instructed him to take appropriate measures.

Shukhratjon Muminov, khokim of the Fergana district, was fired for non-compliance with the requirements of laws in the field of land relations and “other serious violations of the law”.
“You know very well that a separate criminal case has been initiated. In your district, decisions were made to allocate land without a tender. You also know perfectly well what happened in exchange for securing more than 25 hectares of fertile land. Mr. Muminov, you don’t have to write, close your notepad and put your pen in your pocket. The head of the presidential administration criticized the regional khokim of Surkhandarya.

Today, at the instruction of our esteemed President, it was decided to impose a fine in the amount of 40% of your salary,” he said.
At the end of the recording, Sardor Umurzakov instructed Kakhramon Kuranbayev, First Deputy Presidential Adviser on Civil Service and Interaction with Representative Authorities, to create a working group and study the situation in the region.
