Presidential advisor Sardor Umurzakov visits China
Sardor Umurzakov, Advisor on Special Assignments to the President of Uzbekistan, met with senior Chinese officials in Beijing to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

During his visit, Umurzakov held separate meetings with Li Shulei, head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, and Liu Jianchao, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, Xinhua reported.
The discussions focused on implementing the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, enhancing interparty exchanges, and strengthening cultural and governance-related cooperation.
Li, also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, emphasized that the elevation of China-Uzbekistan relations to an all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership marked a historic milestone. He reaffirmed China’s commitment to working with Uzbekistan in deepening civilizational dialogue and cultural exchanges to promote the high-quality development of bilateral ties.
Liu Jianchao, in his meeting with Umurzakov, highlighted the importance of sharing governance experience and strengthening interparty cooperation as key elements in advancing China-Uzbekistan relations.
Umurzakov expressed Uzbekistan’s strong willingness to enhance communication and cooperation with China in all fields, reinforcing the continuous development of the bilateral partnership under the guidance of the two heads of state.
