Mareven Food Holdings group plans to launch production of instant noodles near Angren
The Mareven Food Holdings group of companies will invest $125 million in the launch of a new production facility.

The international group of companies Mareven Food Holdings intends to organize the production of its products in Uzbekistan, Spot reported with reference to the Angren FEZ press service.
Representatives of the Free Zone Directorate met with Bernard Vavrzhin, the head of Mareven Food Tyan-Shan, a subsidiary of the holding in Kazakhstan. The parties signed a memorandum on the creation of a production and logistics complex on the territory of the zone.
The project will be implemented by a new subsidiary, Mareven Food Pamir. Investments in future production will amount to $125 million, the report says.
The production of instant noodles of Rollton and Big Bon brands, rice and egg pasta will be launched here. The company also organizes the production of drinks, dry and liquid sauces, dried and canned vegetables.
According to the Angren Free Economic Zone, more than 50% of the products of the future complex will be consumed in the domestic market. The rest will be exported to neighboring countries.
The project will be implemented in several stages, with the launch of the 1st part in 2023 and the last one in 2031. It is expected to provide jobs for over 800 people.
Mareven Food Holdings is engaged in the production and promotion of food products. The group of companies was founded in 2008 and has production facilities in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Its range includes pasta, noodles, mashed potatoes, broths, second course mixes, seasonings under the brands Rollton, Big Bon, Petra and Mareven Food Professional. The company’s products are sold in Russia, the CIS and other countries.
