According to the document, foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying in the Republic of Uzbekistan reside on the basis of temporary registration with a national passport or travel document.
Temporary registration is carried out by applying to foreign citizens and stateless persons within 3 working days after entering Uzbekistan to the Migration and citizenship departments.
The period of temporary registration is calculated from 00:01 on the day following the date of entry of this person through the checkpoint of the state border of Uzbekistan.
