South Korea may increase quota for Uzbek migrants

The Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan Nozim Husanov, who paid a visit to the Republic of Korea, met with the Minister of Employment and Labor of the host country Lee Jung-Sik, Dunyo news agency reports.
During the talks, the parties discussed the issue of increasing the quota for labor migrants from Uzbekistan for construction and agricultural work.
In addition, a memorandum of understanding was signed regarding the recruitment of Uzbek citizens to companies in the Republic of Korea.
