SSS detains two men in Samarkand who promised to illegally send several citizens to USA through Mexico
The detainees promised the residents to help with the organization of passage to the United States through Mexico for $25-30 thousand.

The State Security Service detained two men in Samarkand who promised to send citizens to the United States illegally.
In particular, a 28-year-old resident of the Urgut district promised a 24-year-old citizen that he would send him to the USA through Spain and Mexico for $25,000.
At the time of receiving part of the money ($10,000), the fraudster was detained.
In another case, a 35-year-old resident of the Samarkand region convinced a 51-year-old resident that he could send him to the US through Türkiye, the UAE and Mexico. He was detained while receiving $10,000 out of the $30,000 he had requested.
Criminal cases have been initiated against the detainees under Article 168 of the Criminal Code (Fraud). An investigation is underway.
