Two women steal $97,000 worth of valuables from a safe in Tashkent
They robbed a house and stole a safe with $7,000 cash and jewelry worth $90,000.

According to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, a 41-year-old woman appealed to the police with a statement that a theft had been committed in her house while she was away.
Police conducted search activities and found that the robbery was committed by two women: one of them aged 32 and the other – 34.
On the above fact, a case was initiated under Article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code. The suspects have already been arrested and an investigation is underway.
“We recommend that during your long absence or departure, place your money or valuables for storage in a bank cell or install a burglar alarm,” the police said in a statement.
