Changes coming into force from January 1 announced
According to its tradition, Kun.uz website reminds citizens of some changes in the legislation of Uzbekistan that will come into force from January 1, 2023.
- The maximum amount of pension will be increased;
- Family doctor points will be established on the basis of family polyclinic branches;
- The practice of declaring the income and property of customs officials will be introduced;
- Requirements for candidates for school directorship will be strengthened;
- Requiring a number of documents from citizens when assigning a pension will be abolished;
- The practice of taking a citizen to the DIA for identification will be abandoned;
- The monetary award given to persons awarded with the “Honorary Donor of the Republic of Uzbekistan” badge will be increased by 3 times;
- It will be prohibited to design new multi-apartment houses without waste collection points;
- The amount of social tax for individuals who are in labor relations with individual entrepreneurs will be sharply reduced;
- Individual entrepreneurs will be allowed to carry out uncomplicated general construction and construction-repair works;
- Privileged transport cards will be issued to certain categories of citizens, which give them the right to travel for free in city passenger transport;
- The procedure for birth registrations through medical institutions in registry offices will be introduced;
- The construction of charging stations for electric cars will be encouraged.
