Türkiye remains major importer of polyethylene from Uzbekistan

In 2022, Uzbekistan exported 267,700 tons of polyethylene to 21 foreign countries for $267.5 million.

According to the Statistics Agency, the volume of polyethylene exports decreased by 26.1 thousand tons compared to 2021.

Major importers of Uzbek polyethylene in 2022:

• Türkiye - 95.4 thousand tons
• China - 54.1 thousand tons
• Latvia - 41.3 thousand tons
• Russia - 36.2 thousand tons
• Kazakhstan - 20.5 thousand tons
• Great Britain - 6.1 thousand tons
• Lithuania - 4.2 thousand tons
• Georgia - 3.2 thousand tons
• Portugal - 1.7 thousand tons
