A car with five Uzbeks overturns on highway in Saratov Oblast
Citizens of Uzbekistan got into an accident in the Saratov Oblast, the Russian Federation. Five people were injured, three of them were hospitalized, the Minister of Health of the Oblast Oleg Kostin announced in his Telegram channel.
The accident occurred on the morning of April 2 at the 145th kilometer of the R-208 highway. A 23-year-old man lost the control over his Toyota Vellfire on the road and overturned.
The passengers were taken to the hospital. Two of them are in critical condition.
Among the victims is a 40-year-old woman with a traumatic brain injury, a closed injury of the chest and right knee joint, a 26-year-old man with a traumatic brain injury, a closed chest injury, a compression fracture of the spine, a 38-year-old man with a craniocerebral injury, closed chest trauma, compression fracture of the lumbar spine.
Three out of five victims remain in the Rtishchevskaya regional hospital, and two – men aged 20 and 39 – were released in a satisfactory condition for outpatient treatment.
