Molestation case: Head of the kindergarten in Chilanzar was dismissed
Her 15-year-old son was suspected of molesting 4 girls, and a criminal case was initiated.
The head of preschool education organization No. 230 in Chilanzar district of Tashkent city was dismissed from her post.
According to the Ministry of Pre-school and School Education, the head of the kindergarten was dismissed from her post because she was irresponsible in performing her duties and put children’s lives at risk.
“Due to the fact that the director allowed a stranger to enter the territory of the kindergarten, endangered the lives of children, violated internal labor regulations and was irresponsible in performing her duties, the employment contract concluded with her was canceled based on Clause 5, Article 161-2 of the Labor Code,” the report reads.
Earlier, it was reported that the 15-year-old son of the kindergarten director was suspected of molesting 4 girls while they were sleeping, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case regarding the situation.
The pre-school education agency stated that this situation has been taken under control, medical and psychological experts have been appointed, and investigations are being conducted. The Prosecutor General’s Office also noted that the case is under strict control.
