Shavkat Mirziyoyev meets with President of Italy Sergio Mattarella in Rome
A solemn welcoming ceremony for Shavkat Mirziyoyev was held at the residence of the President of Italy - the Quirinal Palace.

On the square of the palace, a guard of honor was lined up to welcome the President of Uzbekistan.
The flags of Italy, Uzbekistan and the European Union were raised on the tower of the Quirinal Palace.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev was met by Italian President Sergio Mattarella.
The military band played the national anthems of the two countries.
The heads of state walked around the guard of honor and greeted the members of the official delegations.
After joint photographing, a bilateral meeting of the presidents began.
