Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan discuss strengthening strategic partnership
On July 5, 2023, on the sidelines of the NAM Ministerial Meeting of the Coordinating Bureau, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, in Baku.
The parties discussed measures to strengthen the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan strategic partnership.
The sides emphasized that “thanks to the efforts of the presidents of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, bilateral cooperation is rapidly developing in all areas from the economy to public diplomacy.”
Saidov and Bayramov also considered other issues of mutual interest for Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
