Deputy FM of Uzbekistan meets with parliamentarians of Latvia and Estonia
Deputy Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Gayrat Fozilov met yesterday with the heads of the foreign affairs committees of the Latvian and Estonian parliaments Rihards Kols and Marko Mihkelson, who were in our country as international observers, a Kun.uz correspondent reports.
According to the MFA, the parliamentarians positively assessed the presidential elections in Uzbekistan, noting the high organizational level and the conditions created for voters.
During the conversation, the prospects for further intensification of interaction in a bilateral format, as well as within the framework of multilateral structures, were discussed.
There was also an exchange of views on topical issues of the regional and international agenda.
