Individuals who attempted to send a citizen to the USA for $30,000 detained in Tashkent

An operative event was held by the Chilanzar district branch of the PGO Department. At the event, citizen R.I. was caught with material evidence when he earned the trust of citizen Ya.M. and received $30,000 in exchange for sending him to work in the United States of America via Mexican detours with the help of his acquaintances.

In addition, during the event, R.P., who was previously convicted of fraud and other crimes, earned the trust of citizen Z.S., and promised to get him a visa to visit the United States of America for $3,500 and 14 million soums with the help of his acquaintances.

In connection with the above cases, criminal cases have been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) and Article 28, 211 (bribery) of the Criminal Code. Investigations are being conducted.
