Justice department employee detained with a bribe in Syrdarya

The sectoral head of Syrdarya district justice department was arrested, the press service of the PGO department reported.

It is noted that M.B., the head of the Public Service Center under the Sirdarya district justice department, earned the trust of citizen Sh.U. and told him that he would prepare the cadastral documents of an apartment for 1.4 million soums. The fraudster was caught red-handed when he got transferred 1.2 million soums to the plastic card of his acquaintance N.S.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (fraud) of the Criminal Code. Currently, investigations are underway.
