The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers "On measures to improve the system of housing for students of higher education institutions" was adopted.
The administrative regulation of the provision of state services for the placement of students of the State Higher Education Institution in student accommodation was approved.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, 1-year students will be accommodated in the dormitory of the state higher education institution by submitting a free e-application through the State Service Centers and the Single Portal (my.gov.uz). Applications will be accepted from August 20.
Residential rental contracts concluded with students are registered online at the state tax service authorities through the personal office of the taxpayer remotely through biometric identification (Face-ID) technology.
Placement of upper year students in residence is done traditionally. In this case, the application for placement in student housing is submitted to the commission for placement in dormitories of HEI.
Starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, all course students will be accommodated in the dormitory of the state higher education institution only by submitting an e-application through state service centers or my.gov.uz.
Application for placement in dormitories will continue from August 1 until the end of the academic year.
