More than 11.6 thousand twin births registered in Uzbekistan in Jan-July 2023
The highest number of twin births were recorded in the Fergana region.
Over the past seven months of the year, 11,650 twin babies were born in Uzbekistan, the Statistics Agency reported.
The number of twin births by region:
Karakalpakstan R. - 543
