Uzbekistan to introduce Israeli technologies in grain cultivation
Israel will bring innovative technologies to the agricultural sector of Uzbekistan.

A meeting of the ministers of agriculture of Uzbekistan and Israel was held within the framework of the international conference on food security held in Samarkand.
The Minister of Agriculture of Uzbekistan emphasized the need to introduce Israeli technologies in grain cultivation and to accelerate the work in this regard. Proposals were made regarding the exchange of experience in the use of water and the implementation of water-saving technologies. At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of understanding on the involvement of innovative technologies in agriculture was signed.
Also, the Minister of Agriculture Aziz Voitov held meetings with the Ministers of Agriculture of several countries such as Bangladesh, Mongolia, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan within the framework of the international conference. Prospects of cooperation in the agricultural sector, introduction of innovative technologies to the sector, exchange of mutual experience in growing safe food products were discussed at the meetings.
