Swedish delegation to visit Uzbekistan to discuss cooperation in field of waste management
Chargé d'Affaires of Uzbekistan in Sweden Nodir Ganiyev yesterday held talks with senior adviser to the Avfall Sverige Waste Management Association Wayne Wiquist.

During the negotiations, practical and organizational issues of the visit of the Swedish Ambassador to Uzbekistan Thomas Danestad (headquartered in Stockholm) and Wayne Wiquist on September 25-28 this year were discussed.
The Swedish side thanked for the meaningful program of the visit prepared by the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of Uzbekistan, including planned important bilateral meetings and trips to the republic’s landfills.
An exchange of views also took place on issues of further increasing the effectiveness of the visit.
