The import of new garbage trucks and dump trucks will be exempt from paying the recycling fee, the legal information channel of the Ministry of Justice reports.
On September 26, the President, by his decree, introduced an addition to the decree “On priority measures to reform the waste management system”.
Until January 1, 2024, imported new freight vehicles are exempt from the recycling fee.
In addition, the customs duty on imported garbage trucks and dump trucks will be 5% until the end of the year.
