Shavkat Mirziyoyev to visit Russia

The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay an official visit to Russia on October 5-7 at the invitation of President Vladimir Putin.
According to the program of the visit, Mirziyoyev will hold talks with Putin and the head of the Russian government, Mikhail Mishustin, in Moscow.
During the negotiations, the parties are expected to discuss the issues of further strengthening bilateral strategic partnership and alliance relations.
Special attention will be paid to the expansion of practical cooperation in trade-economic, investment, migration, and humanitarian spheres.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev is also expected to visit Tatarstan and meet with President Rustam Minnikhanov.
