Silk Avia to begin operating flights to Kazakhstan
Samarkand-Turkestan flights will start on October 14, and another direction is being considered.

The regional airline Silk Avia is preparing to begin flights to Kazakhstan, the press service of its owner, Uzbekistan Airports, reported.
The first flight in the direction Samarkand – Turkestan – Samarkand is planned to operate on October 14. At the initial stage, flights between cities will be operated on a charter basis.
The price of a one-way ticket starts from 920 thousand soums. The fare includes up to 5 kg of hand luggage and up to 20 kg of luggage.
In the future, the company intends to transfer flights between Samarkand and Turkestan to a regular schedule. In addition, at the initiative of Kazakhstan, the launch of flights on the route Turkestan – Fergana is being considered.
