Russian company planning to invest $300 million in a mountain resort in Shakhrisabz
The Russian company Snow Service intends to launch the first phase of the project by December 2026.
The company is planning to build a mountain resort in Shakhrisabz. The estimated cost of the project is $300 million, Spot writes with reference to the press service of the regional administration.
Governor of the Kashkadrya region Murotjon Azimov discussed with representatives of Snow Service and the Gordeev Architectural Bureau the implementation of a project to build a mountain resort with an area of 2,600 hectares in the Gelon settlement.
The first phase of the project is planned to be commissioned by December 2026.
The project will include three cable cars, three and five-star hotels, multi-storey car parks, a zip line, a rodelbahn (sledding) and other tourist facilities.
