Language learning centers and tutors will be offered free rentals of school facilities.
According to the presidential press service, expenses for obtaining an international-level language certificate, including the cost of the document and six months of training, will be compensated by the state.
This year, 925,000 young people are expected to enter the job market, with an additional 300,000 individuals graduating from colleges, technical schools, and higher education institutions.
At least 40% of loans under the family entrepreneurship program will be directed toward the development of youth businesses. The "Young Entrepreneur" program will hold a competition for the best business projects and ideas, with winners being sent abroad for advanced training.
New industrial projects are expected to provide employment for 100,000 young people, 150,000 in the service sector, 200,000 through the legalization of employment and self-employment, and another 70,000 in the IT sector.
The Youth Affairs Agency will offer free foreign language training to one million children. Unused school premises will be given rent-free to foreign language tutors and educational centers. Expenses for a six-month rental of facilities will be reimbursed for 100 private learning centers in rural areas with high student performance.
For obtaining a "C1" level certificate, educational expenses will be reimbursed, while for a "B2" level in German, French, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese languages, the expenses for obtaining the certificate will be covered.
Furthermore, the government will cover not only the costs of taking the language certificate exam but also six months’ course fees.
Under the "Ustoz" project, 250,000 young people will be trained in 30 modern professions, such as marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and IT design. Additionally, this year, a further 60.5 thousand hectares of land will be allocated to young people.
Young farmers with proposals from the local "community seven" administration will be provided with land plots with good water supply. Following this, entrepreneurs are required to undergo training at the Agrobank "Farmers' School."
Subsidies will be allocated for the purchase of mini-equipment, seeds, and seedlings, and credits of up to 2 billion UZS will be provided for the creation of fruit and vegetable cooperatives.
