5 members of a family die of carbon monoxide poisoning in Surkhandarya
On February 25, 6 members of one family were poisoned by carbon monoxide in Boysun district, Surkhandarya region. Khayot Shamsutdinov, the PGO press secretary, informed Gazeta.uz about this.

On thay day at approximately 10:30, J.Kh. (male, born in 1980) and his children J.M. (son, born in 2013), Sh. M. (girl, born in 2016), S.M. (girl, born in 2018) was suffocated by carbon dioxide from a homemade iron stove while she was sleeping and died on the spot.
Also Z.N. (woman, born in 1986) and N.M. (girl, born in 2008) were admitted to the intensive care unit of Boysun district medical association. Despite the medical treatment, the 16-year-old girl died on February 27.
The district prosecutor’s office is investigating the case.
