Israil Madrimov – WBA super welterweight champion

In one of the fights, Uzbekistan’s boxer Israil Madrimov (10-0-1, 7 KOs) entered the ring against Russian champion Magomed Kurbanov (25-1-0, 13 KOs) for the WBA super welterweight belt and crushed his undefeated opponent. 

In the 5th round of the 12-bout fight, the referee stopped the fight after a series of blows from the Uzbek boxer and recorded a TKO. He also improved his pro record to 10-0-1.

Thus, Madrimov won his 9th victory and the championship belt in his 10th fight.
