Senate Chairperson takes control of investigation process of 28-year-old woman’s death in Bekabad
It was reported that a woman who was regularly beaten by her husband fell from the 5th floor and died. The Senate Chairperson of Tanzila Narbayeva took control of the study processes conducted by law enforcement agencies in this case.

On March 27, a woman, born in 1996, fell from the 5th floor of an apartment building and died in Bekobad district (Tashkent region). She was regularly abused by her husband. A protection order was issued to her 15 days before the incident.
The press service of the Senate of Oliy Majlis informed Kun.uz that the Senate Chairperson, Tanzila Narbayeva, informed that she is personally controlling the investigation process of the woman’s death conducted by the law enforcement agencies.
The press service of the Family and Women’s Committee informed the Kun.uz correspondent that this situation in Bekabad is being studied by the committee, and at the same time a request has been sent to the prosecutor’s office and the internal affairs system.
