Number of non-state educational organizations growing in Uzbekistan
Over the year, the number of private educational organizations increased by 52%.

According to the Statistics Agency, at the beginning of the 2023/24 academic year, the number of non-state educational organizations operating in Uzbekistan was 293.
This figure increased by 235 compared to the beginning of the 2018/2019 academic year.
Number of operating non-state educational organizations by year:
• at the beginning of the 2018/2019 academic year – 58 units;
• at the beginning of the 2019/2020 academic year – 91 units;
• at the beginning of the 2020/2021 academic year – 102 units;
• at the beginning of the 2021/2022 academic year – 135 units;
• at the beginning of the 2022/2023 academic year – 194 units;
• at the beginning of the 2023/2024 academic year – 293 units.
