Underground workshop engaged in producing vegetable oil discovered in Tashkent region
A criminal case has been initiated against the illegal entrepreneur.
According to the Department under the Prosecutor General’s Office, the circulation of unsuitable oil in Tashkent region was prevented.
An operative event was carried out jointly with the Bekabad district PGO department and the Department of Internal Affairs.
It was established that citizen F.A., living in a house on the territory of the “Kurgon” mahalla, set up an underground workshop in the courtyard of his house and was engaged in the production of oil using homemade oil pressing device. Material assets and device used in production were seized as material evidence.
A criminal case has been initiated into this fact under Article 186-2 of the Criminal Code (Illegal production or trafficking in products obtained from cotton seeds), and an investigation is underway.
