Kuwaiti industrialists interested in implementing joint projects with Uzbek partners
The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ayubkhon Yunusov met with the Director General of the Association of Industrial Enterprises of Kuwait, Huda Hamid Al-Bakshi, and a member of the board of directors of the association, Khaled Abdulgani.

The Kuwait Industries Association was established in 1989 as a non-profit organization for investors in the industrial sector in Kuwait. The association's members are about 280 industrial companies. The main goal of the association is to create a business environment for investors in the industry, ensure priority for local products in government projects, develop Kuwait's industrial potential and cooperate with foreign countries in these areas.
The Kuwaiti side was provided information about the modern development of Uzbekistan, the reforms being carried out in the country in the economic sphere, the trade, economic and industrial potential of the regions of the republic, in particular the Bukhara, Navoi, Namangan, Surkhandarya, Tashkent, Fergana and Khorezm regions.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to exchange information on promising projects and organize online negotiations between the Association of Industrial Enterprises of Kuwait and potential Uzbek partners.
Management and representatives of the Kuwait Industrial Enterprises Association were invited to take part in the annual conference of the International Textile Manufacturers Federation and the fashion exhibition of the International Clothing Federation, which will be held in Samarkand on September 8-10 this year.
