Special fund being created for financially incentivizing employees of budgetary organizations
A material incentive fund for employees of budgetary institutions and organizations (except for medical institutions and all types of schools) will be created in the amount of 15% of the wage fund in budgetary institutions and organizations of the republic.
A draft order of the Ministry of Economy “On approval of the regulations on a special fund for material incentives for employees of budgetary institutions and organizations” has been published.
The goal and objective of the project is to ensure the implementation of the tasks defined by the presidential decree, as well as to motivate employees of institutions and organizations financed from the budget.
This draft order provides for financial incentives for the labor of employees of budgetary institutions and organizations from a special material incentive fund.
The creation of a special fund does not cancel the current fund and special accounts of ministries and departments created in accordance with previously adopted decisions.
A special fund for material incentives for employees of budgetary institutions and organizations (except for medical institutions and secondary schools of all types) is being created in the amount of 15% of the wage fund in budgetary institutions and organizations of the republic.
This paragraph does not apply to the specified amounts of interest on the special fund for financial incentives of budgetary organizations specified in separate regulatory documents.
The adoption of the document will not require the allocation of additional expenses from the state budget of Uzbekistan.
